Has the world not suffered enough?

Apparently not, because Celine Dion is coming to a theatre near you. Billed as a documentary with performances, I’m assuming this film will be similar to Madonna’s I’m Going to Tell You A Secret. That secret, bee tee dubs, ended up being, “This will be the only professional footage of my Reinvention Tour you will ever see.”

In this new ‘film,’ we see Celine, Rene, their girl/boy child Rene-Charles, and a bevvy of other characters prance around the world to the Titanic theme and Because You Loved Me. But why?

Does anyone care about her anymore? I mean…she’s probably still HUGE all over the world, but the US has kind of grown tired of Celine. Or maybe I have?

I just don’t know why we care to see Celine swagging her brand of crazy all over the world, complete with chest-pounding, pretending she’s black and her jokes that no one understands nor laughs at.
